Hi guys,
I've been using the xooPartner Affiliate Tracking software, and I haven't been here for a while. Everythings changed! I presume the new eLitius is an improved version of the xooPartner Affiliate Tracking. Do you offer an upgrade pricing for those of us who are existing customers? At the moment your upgrade link goes straight to the order page. **Nevermind, I just checked the download page and found I could still download this as an upgrade. I assumed that with a new product name we would have to pay again, sorry for that.** Yours Simon Radford PS Demo username and password are still not working. ![]() My name is Patteey (short Pat). I am very new to this forum and to Elitius as a customer. I have been around on the net for a long time and have established a place to allow and help others to interact in a live business / social environment that offers an affiliate compensation reward plan as a mall member. Doing research on affiliate manager programs, we stumbled upon Elitius to manage our affiliate needs.
The net is a dangerous ![]() This forum is really a very nice attractive setup. I must say that I am wondering were are the members; not much going on here considering the amount of members who have joined. Wish more members would interact to share there knowledge and show Elitius Support that you care about their efforts to provide this forum. I do hope that this forum becomes more active in the very near future and is a major avenue of for the customers and members of Elitius. Perhaps Elitius and this forum are very new on the net with great growth potential. Maybe, both have been around a while; I did not ask anyone or check about the age of this company, because I am impressed with all that I have seen which gave me the feeling that they have been around for some time. I have experienced, so far, the live tech support service on live text chat, which seem to be reflecting that the support will be or already is top notch. I wonder how the name Elitius came about. The name is unique with a flare of elegance; it grabbed my attention. So, how did this name come to being? I welcome any responses to this post. Thank you for taking the time to read it! we hope the forum is not so dead. At least we are still here ![]() Some updates: Free version was released and now accessible for downloading. Manual for paid version was released. It's also accessible in our download area.

Thank you very much for this reply. I will be monitoring this forum as well as posting questions here if I see that the forum is active. One sure way to keep this forum active is to constantly post updates, usage tips, how-to's, and helpful information here. When members text in for support, refer them to this area to post their questions and to seek answers to frequently asked questions. This bulletin board can really help other users of your software and services, especially if assistance is needed after your business opening hours. As it is now, when Live Support is clicked, after hours, a reply displayed includes "try back later"; there is no way to leave an off-line message after clicking Live Support. Although, there is a place to submit off-line questions, when Live support is clicked, an off-line message ability should be available, unless there is a reason that it is set not to accept off-line messages. I, highly, recommend this forum for a lot of the communication. This is just a suggestion and hope other customers can appreciate asking for this forum to be active. Our hours are totally opposite of yours. I see that you are aiming to be a competitive company offering quality products and customer support; this forum will be a good addition for support. It is our midnight shift when it is normal day office hours for you; it is inconvenient to communicate live with each other often. As a continued customer, I look forward to the bulletin boards and forums becoming an alternative resource for dependable communication. Thank you again. ![]()
