 support sucks no repsonses
your support is a joke, beg and beg for a reply none ever. I ordered the software and because your stupid ordering system allows you to ORDER AND PAY before ADDING A DOMAIN i now have paid you waited over three days and still cant get to a download link. FLAW on your order system and a big flaw in your support as in there is none, answer an email how damn hard is that. YOU LOSE MY ORDER, i will reverse it through paypal and use one of the many other trackers out there, GARBAGE!
